Like you, I found the manual in C: Program Files (x86) OLYMPUS Olympus Workspace on my computer - copied it out to my Desktop and it opens OK in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (latest version for a PC) - Robin Wong also confirmed F1 not working on his PC and said he will report to Olympus.
